Zircom take on water with Severn Trent Services

Severn Trent Services (STS) is a leading supplier of water and wastewater treatment solutions, providing clients with the latest technologies in disinfection, instrumentation and filtration contract operating services. With 90 global locations and as part of Severn Trent PLC, managing two of the UK's largest rivers, they have quickly become a key player in the water quality in Britain.

The Brief
STS approached Zircom to help communicate and capture interest in this years' IFAT ENTSORGA trade fair - which has now established itself as the world's leading fair for environmental technology. With a large presence and reputation, STS wanted to develop an engaging method of publicising and capturing data responses for those who attending and those not. Zircom developed an email newsletter that allowed recipients to respond accordingly to their intention to visit their stand. The data capture then allowed STS to plan and develop their activities based on the volume of attendees - allowing for a more productive and efficient use of stand time.

The Solution

Zircom were able to deliver and capture the required data  with a one week brief-to-completion deadline and look forward to working with Fran House and her STS team again in the future.
